- Conversation data: Messages exchanged with our AI guide
- Plan data: Your personalised retirement action plan
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and session information
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide personalised retirement planning guidance
- To generate and store your action plan
- To improve our AI guide's responses
- To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
3. AI Processing
Your conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI model. Messages are sent securely to generate responses. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Anthropic's privacy practices apply to data processed through their API.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored on secure servers within the UK/EU. Anonymous session data is stored in your browser's localStorage and on our servers temporarily. Registered user data is stored in our database and retained until you request deletion.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Anthropic: Conversation messages for AI processing
- Financial advisers: Only when you explicitly submit an enquiry
