Is this financial advice?
No. MP2R provides general information and educational guidance about retirement planning. We are not regulated by the FCA and our AI guide does not provide personalised financial advice. For regulated advice, we can connect you with a local adviser.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can start chatting and get a plan without signing up. However, creating a free account lets you save your plan, keep your conversation history, and access longer voice sessions.
How does the AI guide work?
Our AI guide is powered by Anthropic's Claude, a leading AI model. It's been trained on UK pension rules, tax regulations, and retirement planning best practices. It gathers information through natural conversation and creates personalised action plans.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your conversations are processed securely and are not used to train AI models. We store your data on servers within the UK/EU. Anonymous users' plans are stored locally in their browser. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What is the 30/90/365 plan?
It's a personalised action plan with concrete steps across three timeframes: things to do in the next 30 days, 90 days, and 365 days. Actions cover three pillars: Financial, Health, and Purpose — because retirement is about more than just money.
How do I find a financial adviser?
Visit our Find an Adviser page and enter your postcode. We'll show you FCA-registered advisers in your area with their specialties, contact details, and FCA registration numbers.
Is this service free?
Yes, MP2R is free to use. Anonymous users have some rate limits (e.g., 10 chat messages per hour). Creating a free account removes most limits.
Can I modify my plan?
Yes! Just chat with the AI guide and ask to update your plan. You can also refine it based on changing circumstances, and the AI will regenerate specific sections while keeping the rest.
What about voice calling?
Voice calling is coming soon. You'll be able to talk to your AI guide by voice, with real-time transcription and natural-sounding responses.
